MVK Zrt. opened its Customer Service Office on 15 July 2004.
The Customer Service Office deals with the following:
- administration of penalty fares
- handling lost and found items
- accepting customer comments
- information regarding timetables and other issues to passengers.
Opening hours of the Customer Service Office
- Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursday: 8:00am – 3:30pm
- Wednesdays: 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Fridays: 8:00am – 1:30pm
- Saturdays, Sundays: CLOSED
