MVK Zrt. Customer Service Office

MVK Zrt. opened its Customer Service Office on 15 July 2004.

The Customer Service Office deals with the following:

  • administration of penalty fares
  • handling lost and found items
  • accepting customer comments
  • issuing free travelcards to over-65’s
  • information regarding timetables and other issues to passengers
  • issuing free travelcards to those entitled to it.

Opening hours of the Customer Service Office

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursday: 8:30am – 3:30pm

Wednesdays: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Fridays: 8:30am – 1:30pm

Saturdays, Sundays: CLOSED
