Accidents happening on our vehicles must be immediately announced for the driver.

The passenger who suffered an accident must report it for MVK Zrt. within 8 working days, if possible. MVK places the accident on record, so it is necessary to have a copy of the ticket or pass valid for the day of the accident. (Miskolc, Szondi Gy. u. 1. Tel: +36 46 514-936).
