Miskolc City Transportation Company provides public transportation in Miskolc and Felsőzsolca. Our city’s public transportation looks back on a long history: it started in the late 19th century. At present Miskolc is one of the six Hungarian cities that have their own transportation company. According to the Top 100 Survey of 2007, MVK Zrt. is the 22nd largest company of the county. About 1000 employees work for levelling up our services to enhance both our colleagues’ and our passengers’ satisfaction.
After being filed, the applications are transmitted to the Human Resource Department, and to the executive of the concerned department, where they are kept for a year from arrival.
The applications are evaluated by our colleagues on the basis of the application criteria, and those, whose application meets the criteria, are invited for a personal interview.
The candidates are interviewed and then evaluated by the executive of the department where the vacancy is, in the presence of the representative of the concerned directorate.
In case of certain jobs the personal interview is followed by a professional / aptitude test, where our colleagues evaluate the candidates’ abilities and skills with the help of tests and practical tasks.
